Justice Mark Whittington announced March 21, 2007 that he is not seeking re-election to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas at Dallas, and I announced the same day that I am running for election to that open seat in the 2008 Republican Primary. The Court of Appeals for the Fifth District serves the counties of Collin, Dallas, Kaufman, Grayson, Hunt, and Rockwall. This site shares information about me and my life and service and seeks your support.
